We are proud of our mission to provide a high standard of academic and social achievement for each of our students.  Our motto describes our school as a safe and caring place to learn.  As our family works together to instill the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to be contributing members of our democratic society, we strive to provide for each child's individual needs.  We work hard to create a caring community of learners.

Our school improvement plan has been carefully crafted with much time and energy devoted by all members of our school family.  This plan requires a strict adherence to the Sunshine State Standards and a particular focus on reading and writing instruction.  It is with great care and attention to detail and research that the strategies to support this plan have been devised.  We hold high expectations for all students and operate daily on the premise that ALL children can learn.

T. DeWitt Taylor Middle-High School is a family school.  It is a place where all members of the school family can find success.  We value learning, determination, perseverance, and caring about others and the world around us.  “Once a Wildcat…Always a Wildcat.”

From intersection US 17-92 (Woodland Blvd.) and SR 44 (New York Ave.), proceed north on US 17 into Pierson. Turn right at Washington Avenue.

I-95 Exit at SR 40 and proceed west to US 17 and turn right. Proceed north on US 17 into Pierson. Turn right at Washington Ave.

I-4 Exit at I-95 and proceed north. Exit I-95 at SR 40 (exit 88) and travel west to US 17. Turn right and proceed to Pierson. Turn right at Washington Ave.

NSB Proceed north on I-95. Exit at SR 40 (exit 88) and travel west to US 17. Turn right and proceed to Pierson. Turn right at Washington Ave.
