The cost for Cap, Gown, Tassel and Medallion is $42. Order deadline is February 10,2021. Late orders after February is $52, late orders after March 1st is $62. Please order your cap and gown as soon as possible. Contact Balfour at (800) 704-7464 or visit their website at www.balfourfl.com

Grad Bash
DATE-TBD. The cost to attend Universal's Grad Bash is $90 and is due on or before Thursday, March 12, 2020 (Deadline). Payment includes transportation via Pegasus Transportation, & tickets to two theme parks. Souvenirs & food/beverage purchases on own. Payment type accepted, cash, check, or money order, to the Activities Office. Parent Permission, Grad Bash Information Sheet and Activity Liability/Medical Waiver forms are required to attend Grad Bash. First-come, First Served basis. Space is limited so don’t wait.
Park in the high school gym parking area (gate 5). Meet in the high school gym lobby on April 3, 2020 at 4:15 pm for pizza. The bus will be loading at 5:00 pm. The bus will not be able to wait for anyone that is running late.
It is the student/parent responsibility to make sure the student has a ride home from the school on Saturday morning. The bus should arrive back to Taylor on or before 4:00 am. REMEMBER- this is a school-sponsored function and school rules apply. No alcohol, tobacco or drugs.

DATE-SATURDAY, _____________. Location: Wayne G. Sanborn Center, 815 S Alabama Ave, DeLand, FL 32724. Dance is from 8:00pm – 11:00pm and the Grand March begins at 7pm. Registration will begin at 6:00pm. Ticket prices are per person and can be purchased at school for $TBA at the activities office (1-125) by ________, 2020. *Attendance to the 2020 Senior Awards Ceremony is by invitation only – receiving an invitation indicates that you will be recognized with an award and your presence is required.
Invitations mailed two weeks prior to ceremony.
Family, friends and community are invited to attend. No tickets are required.

Graduation Rehearsal
Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Ocean Center, 101 North Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, FL. Graduates must arrive by 9:45 am. ALL SENIORS PLANNING TO WALK AT GRADUATION MUST ATTEND THIS PRACTICE. No excuses. Be prompt! You may wear casual clothes. Parents are not encouraged to attend. (Dates subject to change.)
Graduation
Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 8:00 am at the Ocean Center, 101 North Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, FL. Graduates must be at the Ocean Center by 7:15 am wearing their cap and gown.
Audience expectations- Taylor High School’s graduation is a ceremony which honors the accomplishments of the “Class of 2021” and is not a celebration. In keeping with the significance of the ceremony, noisemakers and balloon bouquets are not allowed in the audience. Also, cards and flowers need to be received after you have exited the Ocean’s Center.
Bag Policy- New- This bag policy are for guests attending the graduation ceremonies at both facilities:
Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse:
- One clear bag no larger than 12”x6”x12” or a one-gallon clear Ziploc, or similar, bag
- One small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5”x6.5”, with or without a strap
Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely (preferably over the shoulder to be screened more quickly) or in an approved clear bag.
Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.

Grooming and Dressing Guidelines
Young Ladies: Wear a cool, comfortable dress or skirt. Wear shoes with a medium size (height) heel or flats (no tennis shoes or flip flops permitted). Avoid wearing jewelry on the outside of the gown. Avoid bringing a purse or cell phone.
Young Men: Absolutely NO jeans, shorts, flip flops or tennis shoes. Wear dark blue or black slacks, shoes and socks. Wear a WHITE collared shirt with a solid blue or black tie.
Obligations
You will not receive your diploma until you clear up all obligations (including fundraisers, library fines, library books, uniforms, textbook obligations, etc.). You cannot buy dance tickets, grad bash tickets or receive your diploma if you have an obligation.

-The quantity of tickets allowable per family will be based on the most current CDC guidelines at time of graduation.
- The graduations will be live-streamed.
