Red Ribbon Week
Spirit Days/Events October 23-30, 2019
Theme: “Send A Message, Stay Drug Free.”
You are invited to participate in a week of spirit to celebrate our choice to be drug free.


Wednesday, October 23rd: Since October is also National Bullying Prevention Month, we will Unite Against Bullying. Make sure to wear orange.

Thursday, October 24th: NERD Day-Dress up as a nerd! You’re too smart to start drugs.

Friday, October 25th: Red Day- Wear your red uniform shirt to take a stand against drugs.

Monday, October 28th: Jersey Day! Wear your favorite team jersey and team up against drugs.

Tuesday, October 29th: Camo Day! Wear camouflage! Drugs can’t find you!

Wednesday, October 30th: Twin Day! Dress up as twins and support each other to stay drug free.

**6th grade students will sign drug free pledges on 10/23/19! English teachers will share the Red Ribbon History with their classes. You will hear a drug awareness fact on the announcements daily. All staff will be given a red ribbon to wear for the week.**

Students participating in dress up days must be in school appropriate clothing. No ripped jeans, no skin showing, leggings, short shorts/skirts, no spaghetti strap shirts, etc. Students who DO NOT participate must adhere to the school uniform dress code policy. ALL MUST WEAR SCHOOL ID.

ADMINISTRATION HAS THE RIGHT TO DRESS CODE/ID STUDENTS!
